Dr. Cynthia Mangla, DC, CCSP
Having been raised in a family of healthcare professionals, Dr. Cynthia Mangla has had a passion for helping others from a young age. As a chiropractic physician, that passion has only grown and provides the perfect avenue to serve individuals of all ages.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Mangla attended Miami University of Ohio to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida for her doctoral education. While at Palmer, Dr. Mangla was a student ambassador for the college allowing her to share her knowledge and passion for chiropractic with a wide array of people.
Attending the Palmer school system allowed Dr. Mangla to become trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator and Flexion- Distraction. She believes in treating the whole person through a multi-faceted approach, and therefore has completed additional training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Kinesiology Taping and Nutrition.
Dr. Mangla is Webster Technique certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), allowing her to treat prenatal and post-partum patients more effectively. This technique is beneficial for pregnant women in allowing for optimal fetal positioning along with easier labor and delivery. She is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicans (ACBSP). This training allows her to efficiently diagnose and treat athletes. Living in an active community, this training has been beneficial in recognizing and treating common injuries seen in active individuals, along with providing measures for future injury prevention.
Dr. Mangla has been fortunate to take advantage of various opportunities providing medical services to underserved populations around the world. During her undergraduate education, Dr. Mangla traveled to Belize, where a team of healthcare professionals and students set-up clinics in under-privileged communities. During this experience, she was further educated by the lead Medical Doctor on common ailments found in that region, which are not commonly seen in the United States. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Mangla traveled to various impoverish regions in Fiji providing chiropractic and first-aid services. While in Fiji, she participated in setting up clinics in local schools, providing care primarily to the pediatric population. Dr. Mangla is passionate about giving back, and hopes to continue to take advantage of opportunities providing care to those less fortunate.
When Dr. Mangla is not in the office, you can find her staying active with yoga, hiking, skiing, kayaking or spending time with her dog, Ziggy. Dr. Mangla is always looking for new places to explore, so feel free to share your favorite recommendations with her at your next appointment!

Dr. Chad London, DC
Dr. Chad London is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. He started his chiropractic studies at the University of Johannesburg where he did 2 years before being offered a rugby scholarship to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Sport in general, but more specifically rugby, has been a huge part of Dr. London's life and is what initially got him involved with chiropractic. After completing his Chiropractic degree, Dr. London moved to Denver to pursue both his aspirations in rugby and chiropractic.
Dr. London has being playing rugby since he was 6 years old. Rugby has given him the opportunity to complete his chiropractic degree and see most of America. Since moving to Denver, he has played and currently plays for the Glendale Raptors Rugby Club. The Raptors play out of Infinity Park, a few miles up the road from the clinic. He plays for their elite team, which as of January 2018 will be a fully professional team. Also Dr. London has represented the USA national rugby team for the past 3 years.

Dr. Lisa Goodman founded Washington Park Chiropractic in 2006. She lives in West Washington Park, just a few blocks from the office. She is married and has two sons, Tommy and Nate and dog, Ozzie. Dr. Goodman enjoys spending time with her family at Wash Park, Crossfit, soccer and golf.
Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) Dr. Goodman holds this post-graduate certification in Chiropractic Sports Medicine by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicans (ACBSP). This credential is earned after meeting the rigors of a world-class credentialing process that ensures certified sports chiropractors meet competency standards to effectively work with and treat athletes and those engaged in athletic activities. CCSPs complete 15-30 hours annually of continuing education and research seminars including the latest scientific knowledge, treatment trends, and best practices for patient care. Dr. Goodman is trained in side-line care and clinical care of athletes. She is proficient in concussion evaluation & treatment and sports injury management. Our doctors often work side-by-side with orthopedic physicians to co-manage serious injuries including post-surgical rehabilitation. While skilled in treating all sports injuries, Dr. Goodman’s areas of special interest include foot, ankle, knee and wrist injuries.
Pediatric Chiropractic Dr. Goodman is certified in Pediatric Chiropractic by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice (CACCP) and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). As a CACCP trained doctor, she works closely with pediatricians to co-mange many common childhood complaints as well as serious bio-mechanical conditions. As a pediatric chiropractor she is trained to treat kids from birth through High School.
Prenatal Chiropractic Dr. Goodman is also certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in the Webster Technique, used to treat pregnant women and help with optimal fetal positioning for an uncomplicated delivery.
Graston & FAKTR Techniques
Dr. Goodman is one of few chiropractors in the Denver area to utilize the soft tissue Graston Technique to treat chronic and acute muscle and ligament conditions. As a Level 3 provider, she is an expert in treating ailments including tendonitis, shoulder impingement, “frozen shoulder,” rotator cuff injuries, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints and sprains and strains. She also practices the FAKTR, or Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab, Provocation and Motion technique which ultiziles the Graston Technique in a variety of advanced methods including provoking pain, resistance, weight bearing and balance. FAKTR can be used for complicated, chronic or acute soft tissue injuries.
- She has completed extensive training in treating jaw pain and TMJ disorders.
- Dr. Goodman is trained in ergonomic evaluation and believes in preventing repetitive stress injuries through proper posture and bio-mechanics.
- As the President of the Palmer West Sports Council, Dr. Goodman gained valuable experience treating sports injuries of professional athletes and weekend warriors.

Dr. Goodman graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. She was the President of the Student Sports Council, leading a team of students treating athletes at events including rugby, cycling, soccer, rowing and triathlon.

- Dr. Goodman is a Crossfit convert and believes strongly in the philosophy, strength training and community forged with Crossfit.
- Dr. Goodman is an avid golfer motivated by lowering her score every year!
- Dr. G participated in her first Triathlon in 2012
- She is currently the founder and captain of the Team Wash Park Chiro coed recreational soccer team
- As a former varsity rower for the University of Miami Hurricanes, Dr. Goodman recognizes the importance of maintaining peak physical conditioning and avoiding surgery at all cost.
Dr. Goodman stresses that athletes of all skill levels must:
- Know how to recognize injury at the earliest stages
- Know what to do immediately upon becoming injured on the field or at home
- Know how to prevent injury with proper conditioning, taping and bracing, nutrition and chiropractic care
- Know when to ask for help when a nagging injury is not responding to home remedies
After losing her dad, Tom Kingsbury, to Pancreatic Cancer in 2007, Dr. Goodman launched The Kingsbury Golf Open to benefit Pancreatic Cancer Research and Treatment.

Kelsey Schwab, Office Manager
Kelsey has been in charge at Washington Park Chiropractic since 2012. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Iowa. After graduation she moved to Denver and loves living in the beautiful state of Colorado!
Having grown up near the origin of chiropractic care in Davenport, Iowa, Kelsey has benefited from chiropractic adjustments for over 15 years. In March 2011, Kelsey broke her tibial plateau while skiing at Loveland Ski Resort. After two months of physical therapy, she was not seeing adequate results. For the next seven months, she experienced many feelings of doubt and was losing hope that she would ever return to her previous form. After googling ‘sports chiropractors in Denver,’ she found Dr. Goodman and immediately scheduled an initial visit. Dr. Goodman gave her amazing advice about becoming active again with activities like running and personal training. She also started her on a course of Graston Technique to help break up scar tissue and get improved range of motion in her knee. After a couple years of personal training, yoga, and HIIT classes, Kelsey became a Crossfit convert and now thanks to the amazing coaches at Crossfit Wash Park and a lot of hard work, she is in the best shape of her life.
Kelsey is married to her best friend Joe Schwab, an avid golfer and disc golfer. Outside of work Kelsey is obsessed with traveling the world, cooking, reading murder mystery novels, enjoying the great outdoors, and spending time with her cats, Indiana Jones and Han Solo. She lives in West Washington Park and loves having the opportunity to walk to work!

Jessica moved to Denver in 2005 from Mobile, Alabama, where she was born and raised. After moving to Colorado, she attended Metropolitan State College where she got a degree in Psychology and Women Studies. Upon graduating, she found herself working various unfulfilling jobs within the restaurant industry. Unsatisfied and ready for change, she heeded the advice of a friend who worked at Washington Park Chiropractic and applied for the front office position. She has been in that position for over a year, and absolutely loves it! Jessica has always known that she wanted to be of service to others, and since being here and seeing the remarkable affect that the doctors and massage therapists had on people, and the passion with which they treat each individual, she decided to go into massage therapy herself. She has recently completed her studies at the Denver Integrative Massage School, where she learned both Eastern and Western modalities. She is excited to grow, learn and feed off of the expertise of the doctors and massage therapists. Outside of work, you can find Jessica singing at open mics and gigging with her band, The Midnite Club. She also enjoys cooking, being outside, spending time with friends and family, and loving on her fiancé and two dogs.
Cybil is a nationally certified practitioner of Oriental medicine and a licensed Massage therapist. She is a graduate of Southwest Acupuncture College and the Massage Therapy institute of Colorado in Boulder and Denver, Colorado, respectively. She also has a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. She practiced massage in Breckenridge, CO on many local, amateur and professional athletes for six years before leaving to obtain her masters in Oriental Medicine. Her continuing education has included Orthopedic sports massage from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and a certification in Japanese acupunture from Miki Shima (Japanese-American Acupuncture Foundation). She is certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture(TM) from AcuSport Education, which has expanded her knowledge and training to be able to assess static & functional posture, use orthopedic and manual muscle tests to aid in diagnosis as well as combine western anatomy & physiology with Chinese medicine to provide an affective and complete treatment in the realm of pain, injury and rehabilitation. Her specialties are in orthopedic, sports massage and acupuncture, women's health, Preventative health & stress related problems.
Tyler is a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver. He has a passion for healing and helping people achieve their goals. Tyler moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, and he attended Colorado State University where he studied health promotion and sports medicine. After college, Tyler realized his true desire in life when he attended Healing Arts Institute for Massage Therapy. He is skilled in many modalities including: Sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, and reflexology. Tyler uses nice firm pressure of what he calls “echo point” which he explains as the moment of hurts so good pressure. He is knowledgeable about the human body, its function, and its posture. When Tyler is not working he is either camping, spending time with friends and family, or watching Netflix with his boxador Darius.
