Ashley Bennett, LMT

Ashley Bennett has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. She graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004.  Her passion with massage is the ability to alleviate pain and help educate clients into preventing pain and taking control of their life.  Ashley specializes in Sports and Injury massage, Trigger Point therapy, and Structural bodywork.  She stresses, “truly believe that most things in the body can be healed without surgery.”

Ashley’s work experience encompasses almost every realm of massage; including:  resort spas, wellness centers, physical therapy clinics and chiropractic offices.  Most recently Ashley was a teacher at the Denver School of Massage therapy.

When Ashley is out of the office, not massaging, she loves to play outside with her two dogs, go hiking, cycling, and further my education in any subject that I find interesting.
