Our doctors, therapists and staff offer free and low cost classes monthly to help you get more from your chiropractic care. Light snacks and childcare may be provided. Ergonomics of Parenting – Presented by Dr. Lisa Goodman, DC, CCSP
This 30 minute “chat” with Dr. Lisa Goodman will focus on the ergonomics of being a parent. From carrying a carseat to cleaning up after little ones, you will be learn ways to adjust your body to help avoid ongoing pain or discomfort. It will be a very open forum, so feel free to bring questions specific to your life and situation as a parent

The best way to prevent a back injury is to maintain good core strength. What does that mean and how can you do it? Come to Ashley’s class and find out! You will leave with information to start using as you walk back to your car and in your every day life.
Custom Essential Oils with take-home Room Spray ($10) – Presented by Sylvia Montoya and Amanda Miller, LMT
This will be a $10 class where you will get to learn about Essential Oils, their uses and benefits, and you will make your own Essential Oil germ fighting room spray using a blend of oils provided by Wash Park Chiro. Sure to be a fun class with useful information!!
Infant and Toddler Sleep – Presented by Dr. Lisa Goodman, DC, CCSP
This 30 minute “chat” will focus on healthy sleep habits for infants and children based on the book “The Sleep Sense Program” by Dana Obleman. Parents and caregivers will learn the most important tips from the program, including ways to help your child fall asleep on their own and sleep through the night. This “chat” will also include reasons why adequate sleep is so important for children.
Based on the book, “If Its Not Food, Don’t Eat It” by Kelly Hayford, Dr. Goodman will introduce you to why you should care about what you eat. How to eat healthier, including easy tips for kids and the whole family.
