Kelsey Schwab, Office Manager
Kelsey has been in charge at Washington Park Chiropractic since 2012. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Iowa. After graduation she moved to Denver and loves living in the beautiful state of Colorado!
Having grown up near the origin of chiropractic care in Davenport, Iowa, Kelsey has benefited from chiropractic adjustments for over 15 years. In March 2011, Kelsey broke her tibial plateau while skiing at Loveland Ski Resort. After two months of physical therapy, she was not seeing adequate results. For the next seven months, she experienced many feelings of doubt and was losing hope that she would ever return to her previous form. After googling ‘sports chiropractors in Denver,’ she found Dr. Goodman and immediately scheduled an initial visit. Dr. Goodman gave her amazing advice about becoming active again with activities like running and personal training. She also started her on a course of Graston Technique to help break up scar tissue and get improved range of motion in her knee. After a couple years of personal training, yoga, and HIIT classes, Kelsey became a Crossfit convert and now thanks to the amazing coaches at Crossfit Wash Park and a lot of hard work, she is in the best shape of her life.
Kelsey is married to her best friend Joe Schwab, an avid golfer and disc golfer. Outside of work Kelsey is obsessed with traveling the world, cooking, reading murder mystery novels, enjoying the great outdoors, and spending time with her cats, Indiana Jones and Han Solo. She lives in West Washington Park and loves having the opportunity to walk to work!
