Fees
Washington Park Chiropractic provides a discount for everyone paying at the time of service. This fee schedule is attached below. It is important that we make our services affordable. It is also important that our doctors and therapists have specialized training. Therefore, we have many services available for an additional charge for those patients interested in accelerating healing in a shorter period of time.
Please note – this fee schedule represents a 20% discount for patients paying at the time-of-service. If we bill your insurance you are subject to our full fees (available upon request).
